Chef H Alexander Talbot of Ideas in Food is teaming up with Chefs Joe Sparatta (Heritage) & Lee Gregory (The Roosevelt) at Heritage, Monday November 11th.

Together they are preparing a 5 course tasting menu inspired by Ideas in Food’s latest book release: Maximum Flavor: Recipes That Will Change the Way You Cook.

Bartenders Mattias Hägglund (Heritage) & Thomas “T” Leggett (The Roosevelt) will be preparing special craft cocktails for the event.

$75 per person
includes a signed copy of the book!
