The city has this listed as belonging to Hayden Fisher, partner in Jorge’s Cantina, F.W.Sullivan’s, Lady N’Awlins Cajun Cafe, and Uptown Market & Deli.
According to documents file at the US Bankruptcy Court Eastern District, Douglass Hayden Fisher filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 13 subsequently converting to Chapter 11, then to Chapter 7 and back to Chapter 13 before filing a Motion to Dismiss on the eve of his confirmation hearing. His case was Dismissed with Prejudice and ordered that he is enjoined from filing a bankruptcy in any US court for a period of two years. In his petition for Chapter 13 he stated that this was his primary residence “head on bed” and that he collected rent from roommates. A least two parties opposed the motion to dismiss his petition, one from Fredericksburg apparently related to now closed FW Sullivan’s. Several corporations are listed at this location in which Hayden Fisher is either an officer, director, or registered agent.
