Shake-up at Mint

Mint, the younger sibling of Julep’s New Southern Cuisine, is getting a bit of a reboot, owner Amy Cabaniss tells us. Travis Milton, who had been the primary on-site chef, has moved on, and Randall Doetzer, executive chef for both restaurants, is focusing more of his time on Mint.
