ACME General Store coming to Robinson Street
Mac McCormick, self described “restaurant dude” and owner of McCormack’s Irish Pub in Shockoe Bottom and McCormack’s Whisky Grill on Robinson Street, will soon be the proprietor of the ACME General Store.
The sign out front indicates that the store will sell deli meats, cheeses, sushi, sandwiches, prepared foods, salads, gelato, tobacco, and newspapers.
Will they sell anvils?

The neighbor who complained about the sign was right. This is kind of cheap looking.

I think it’s in the building directly to the right of Whiskey Bar. Near Hanover & Robinson.
I can’t wait for Acme to open!!! They’re across the street from my office, so it will be a great place to pick up lunch!
