Thief flees on Vespa after robbing Cary Street Market
Richmond Police advised VCU Police at 8:24 p.m. of an armed commercial robbery that took place at approximately 8:01 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2012, at 1317 W. Cary Street, the Cary Street Market.
Suspects: Light skinned black male, 5’6′ to 5’9″, wearing a tan hood on his head with the eyes cut out, dark color clothing, jean jacket armed with a silver handgun. He wast seen running east in the alley. The suspect left on a tan Vespa scooter and was with a white male suspect.
The same suspects may have been involved in an earlier robbery today at Park and Patterson avenues.
