Turns out this was a scam, most likely to get pictures of scantily clad women. Richmond.com reports:
According to Meggie Miller, Twin Peaks national director of marketing, the Texas-based restaurant chain has no immediate plans to expand into the Richmond market (though it is on a list as a possible future location).

Really? The Fan used to be a place that focused on local businesses. Now, local business are being forced out (Buddy’s..granted, it is by their landlord) and this is the alternative? How about THE TILTED KILT? Richmond Biz Sense did a recent story on the proposed chain that features scantily clad ladies as servers. It is supposed to go into the former Uno Pizzeria in the Colonial Heights/Ft. Lee area.
