Ward, and the lower Fan.
It can be assumed that conditions continue to exist that may pose a

VCU Police and Richmond Police are working together and have increased
patrol and officer visibility in the residential areas around campus.
Always lock the doors and windows to your residence whether you are
home or away. Look out for your neighbors and report any suspicious
activity to police. Make sure entrances to your home are well lit. If
you do go out make it look as if someone is at home. Do not leave
