I’ve heard that there is some ownership connection to Starlite.
I know one of the partners developing this and I don’t think there are owndership ties to Starlite. The person I know has some great ideas on new menu items and the place will be amazing. Looking forward to having another dining option in town!
I think there is always room for a new place to eat if it’s good. I hear the concept at Selba is going to be fresh, local and organic (which we def need more of). I also think they’re looking at May for opening.
Latest word is they’ll open in July 2011.
I’ll be there — maybe not opening week, but soon.
