If you think about it, what places have been around forever? They’re the places that are comfortable and consistent, the places you can rely on to show you a good time. The menus aren’t necessarily mind-blowing, but something keeps you coming back. Bellytimber is one of these places. It’s not trying to reinvent the wheel or shatter ridiculous food-snob expectations. And that’s why I like it.
