Suspected Arsonist Arrested

Yesterday at approximately 8:00 p.m., Richmond Police Department officers arrested a suspect wanted for two incidents of arson that occurred Friday, June 10. Irvin W. Fan area tops in building permits

This nugget from the latest newsletter from the Department of Planning and Development Review: The Fan District saw the largest portion of building activity in the 1st quarter with 42 building permits issued, (1.53% of properties), by the ratio of permits to properties.
