But, seriously, didn’t we already have a storm this year that the city didn’t do so well on? I thought this last storm might be their chance to “do better”.

Ticket unmoved cars after snow stops 24, 48, 72 hours, whatever, if they have not been moved tow, and plow, get revenue…
ticket slumlords for not cleaning sidewalks after 24 hours, and you might not be worrying about plow down and 2 vs 3 inch minutiae and budget for sand and plows…
other states get snow every year…. maybe you should see how they handle this?
I understand this has been an extreme winter for RIC.. but seriously….it’s an expense, but make the best of it…
all the kids with snow shovels see this as an opportunity, why doesn’t the city?
