Where in the World is F.W. Sullivan?
RVANews has the details on a quick costume change as Fan restaurant spot Easy Street (2401 W. Main Street) is now F.W. Sullivan’s.
Management is taking a theme approach with this new venture, as the restaurant’s specials and events will be based on where fictional character F.W. Sullivan is currently “adventuring” around the world. It should also be noted that F.W. Sullivan will soon have his own Facebook page. Stay tuned for that.
F.W. Sullivan’s is currently open just for dinner (5PM-2 AM) but expects to add lunch hours soon.

really a dumb idea, what happened to the good food there? the food now is not that bad it just takes an hour to get it.
Miss the old shanks, not this type.
crocker and fisher treat employees like they are expendable
I am writing this letter to your website to bring to your readers attention a disturbing trend that I noticed while recently visiting a local Main St. restaurant in the Fan.. The disaster in the making that I am talking about is the collection of young drunk and immature customers that the new “hot-spot” F.W. Sullivans seems to be manufacturing at an alarming rate. I recently went in to this establishment to check it out because I had heard of its recent popularity and I count myself as a fan of food and enjoy trying new places. Sadly on my visit I was met with a strange smell that I can only describe as an uncleaned urinal, a waitress with a poor attitude who was unable to answer questions about the menu, a 45 min wait time for my first appetizers and a dreadfully overcooked dinner. This parts of the evening seemed secondary to the fact that I was surrounded by what I can only describe as a mass of young drinkers who were barely able to move due to the combination of the building being overcrowded and the individuals being extremely intoxicated. While leaving I noticed a similar pattern developing on the patio and was able to watch a young man exit the establishment, proceed around the corner, vomit and then return inside. I love the fan and I love most of is varied restaurants and accept that not every place is for everyone but I feel like this particular restaurant represents everything wrong with the Richmond restaurant scene today and will NOT be returning.
