I have had to cancel all shows, and we received a summons for “failure to report attendance taxes”. I don’t know how they decided on that phrasing, because we dont have any permits to do shows, which is why we’ve run the door on a donation basis. they claimed seeing flyers around with $5 marked on it without the word donation, and thats what spearheaded this

I’m glad this happened. I’ve been turned away at the door for Rumors shows because I didn’t have a “donation.” Pay your taxes like the rest of us or deal with the consequences.
