Meetings on Storm Water Fees

From a release from the Department of Public Utilities:

The City of Richmond is hosting public meetings to provide information and
answer questions about the storm-water utility fee Wednesday, April 15, 5:30 p.m. at the Police Academy and Monday, April 20, 5:30 p.m. at the Hickory Hill Community Center. DPU staff will be available at both events to provide a presentation and talk
with citizens.
